Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Easel Terms of Service and applies to all use of the Services operated by Pullify, LLC d/b/a Easel Software Solutions, including Hobby and paid plans, APIs, and deployments you host on Easel.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, host, distribute, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal under applicable law.
• Exploits or endangers minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, harassment, or hate against individuals or groups.
• Contains malware, ransomware, phishing kits, or other harmful code intended to compromise systems or steal credentials.
• Facilitates phishing, social-engineering scams, credential harvesting, or fraud.
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or similarly abusive intimate content.
• Offers illegal gambling, unlicensed money transmission, or unlicensed sale of controlled substances where prohibited by law.

Prohibited behaviors

You may not:

• Use the Services to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate open relays or similar abuse infrastructure.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, scan, or penetrate the Services or other users’ deployments without authorization.
• Bypass or defeat rate limits, quotas, authentication, billing, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction.
• Resell, rent, or provide the Services as a competing hosting product without our prior written consent, or use Hobby plans in ways that violate published plan terms.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run similarly abusive high-intensity workloads not intended by the product, except where expressly permitted by your plan and documentation.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Easel.
• Use the Services for high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage (for example life-support systems), unless we have agreed in writing.

Customer responsibility for End Users

You are responsible for Your Content and for activity on deployments you operate, including abuse originating from your applications. You must respond promptly to abuse reports and cooperate with reasonable investigation requests.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations using technical tools and human review. We may remove content, throttle or suspend projects, suspend or terminate accounts, report illegal activity to authorities, and pursue other remedies. We may act with or without prior notice when we reasonably believe urgency is required to protect the platform or third parties.

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Changes

We may update this AUP by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. See also the Terms of Service.
