Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and APIs at easel.sh, app.easel.sh, and related domains (the “Services”) operated by Pullify, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as Easel Software Solutions (“Easel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Agreement
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and DMCA Policy. Additional product terms may apply to Enterprise plans, including any Service Level Agreement or Data Processing Agreement referenced in an order form.
2. The Service
Easel provides a platform for building, deploying, and serving websites and applications at the edge, including related dashboards, APIs, CLI tools, and documentation. Features, regions, and resource limits depend on your plan and are described on our Pricing page and in product documentation.
We may impose fair-use and capacity limits (including storage, bandwidth, build minutes, concurrent builds, and request volume) so the Services remain available for all users. We may change features or limits with notice where required.
Hobby (free) plans are provided at our discretion on a best-effort basis. Paid plans are billed according to published pricing and usage meters. Enterprise availability commitments, if any, are stated only in a signed SLA or order form—not in these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using the Services under applicable law (including U.S. export controls and sanctions administered by OFAC and other authorities). You may not use the Services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or if you are on a denied-party list.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account and workspaces you administer. Notify us promptly at support@easel.sh if you suspect unauthorized access.
Login credentials must not be shared across multiple people; invite teammates through workspace membership features instead. Workspace owners and administrators may manage members, projects, and billing for that workspace.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AUP, these Terms, or that pose a security or abuse risk.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of software, code, data, and other materials you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant Easel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, copy, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content solely as needed to provide, secure, and operate the Services for you (including builds, deployments, edge delivery, backups, abuse detection, reliability engineering, and support when you request it).
This license does not allow Easel to sell Your Content or to use Your Content from the core hosting product to train third-party generative AI foundation models. See the Privacy Policy for how Agent Mode and other in-product AI features (alpha) process prompts and context you submit to those features.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit Your Content and to grant this license, and that Your Content and your use of the Services will not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
You are responsible for configuring deployments, secrets, and access controls. We may remove or disable Your Content that violates these Terms, the AUP, or law, or that creates risk to the platform or third parties.
7. Agent Mode and AI features (alpha)
Easel Agent Mode and related in-product AI features are provided as alpha features, on a best-effort basis, without SLA, and may change or be withdrawn. Output is produced by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it in production, and for ensuring you have rights to any prompts, code, or context you submit.
As between you and Easel, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated for you by Agent Mode and related in-product AI features from your prompts and context (“AI Output”), subject to (a) the rights of underlying model providers, (b) third-party rights in training data or resembling content, and (c) Easel’s ownership of the Services themselves. AI Output may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying AI Output and for any use you make of it.
When you use these features, content you submit may be sent to AI routers and model providers listed at /subprocessors. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to that processing. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or third-party content you are not authorized to share.
8. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party products (for example Git providers, payment processors, email delivery, and AI model providers). Your use of those products is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf are listed at /subprocessors. Enterprise customers may request a DPA as described at /dpa.
9. Hobby plans and availability
Hobby and other free tiers are provided free of charge on a best-effort basis, without uptime guarantees, without an SLA, and subject to change or discontinuation. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove Hobby projects that violate fair use, the AUP, or that harm platform stability, with or without prior notice.
Paid plans do not include an uptime SLA unless you have a signed Enterprise SLA. Credits and measurement windows for Enterprise, if any, are defined only in that agreement.
10. Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed according to pricing published on easel.sh/pricing. Usage-based charges apply beyond included allowances. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method for subscription and usage fees, taxes, and related charges. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rates until you cancel. You can cancel a subscription from workspace billing settings in the dashboard, or by contacting support@easel.sh before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise stated in-product; you remain responsible for fees incurred through the effective cancellation date, including usage charges.
You must keep payment information current. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
We may change prices with notice; changes take effect for the next billing period unless otherwise stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
11. Intellectual property
Easel and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, documentation, and UI, and all related intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any license to Easel trademarks or to copy, modify, or redistribute the platform except as expressly allowed to use the Services.
Your Content, your applications, and AI Output (as described in Section 7) remain yours, subject to the licenses and limitations in these Terms. Feedback you provide about the Services may be used by Easel without restriction or compensation.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account as described in product documentation or by contacting support@easel.sh. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for AUP or Terms violations, nonpayment, legal requirements, or risk to the platform. For convenience (other than for cause), we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice to paid accounts where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period (typically within thirty (30) days after account closure, subject to backup cycles and legal retention needs). Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, payment accrued, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EASEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. AGENT MODE AND OTHER IN-PRODUCT AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY AS TO ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASEL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASEL’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO EASEL FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, Easel’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the above limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless Easel and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, AI Output you use or distribute, your use of the Services (including Agent Mode or other AI features), your violation of these Terms or the AUP, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived, you and Easel agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law (for example by email or an in-product notice). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and close your account.
18. Contact and copyright notices
Questions about these Terms: legal@easel.sh. Account and support: support@easel.sh.
Operator: Pullify, LLC d/b/a Easel Software Solutions (Delaware).
Copyright infringement notices under the DMCA should follow the process described at /dmca and be sent to legal@easel.sh.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Easel regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction. Notices may be provided electronically to your account email. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or infrastructure failures, or government actions), provided the affected party uses reasonable efforts to mitigate.
