Keep the workflow. Cut the bill.

Easel runs the Git, preview, and production workflow your team already uses on Vercel, on infrastructure we run ourselves. No per-seat fees, and teams moving from Vercel get 50% off.

Every way to cut a Vercel bill has a catch

Your team likes the workflow. The bill grew faster than the app. The usual fixes each cost you something.

  • Tune your usage

You chase line items instead of shipping.

Every spike becomes an investigation into which route, image, or function moved the bill. That's engineering time spent on the invoice, not the product.

  • Set a spend cap

Your site pauses at the limit.

A hard cap protects the budget by taking production down at the moment traffic is highest.

  • Move to AWS yourself

You swap the bill for a platform team.

Raw cloud is cheaper per unit, but you lose previews, rollbacks, and Git deploys until someone rebuilds them.

  • Negotiate Enterprise

You commit to a year up front.

Lower rates usually come with an annual commitment sized to traffic you haven't had yet.

Easel cuts the bill by changing what's underneath your app, not how your team works.

Fewer layers. No seat fees.

Easel runs mostly on our own bare metal, not on top of a hyperscaler, so there's less markup under every request. Pro is $20 a month for the whole workspace, and teams moving from Vercel get 50% off.

Your workflow comes with you

Same Git flow, same previews, same frameworks. Most of the move is project settings, not code. The few features that don't map one-to-one are listed up front.

Move without a scary cutover

We do the migration with you, and Vercel stays live until you're sure.

  1. 01

    Import and validate

Connect the same repository and test on an Easel preview URL. Production traffic stays on Vercel.

  2. 02

    Switch DNS

Point your domain at Easel while Vercel keeps running. Certificates issue as soon as DNS arrives.

  3. 03

    Keep a way back

If anything looks wrong, point DNS back. Retire the Vercel project once the rollback window has passed.

Questions

How does the 50% discount work?

Teams moving from Vercel get 50% off their Easel bill. We'll confirm the terms for your team on the first call.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Pro is $20 a month for the whole workspace, however many people are on your team.

Will our Next.js app work without changes?

Most apps deploy as-is: App Router, Pages Router, ISR, middleware, and next/image are supported. The Next.js guide lists the known limits.

What doesn't carry over?

Cron Jobs need an external scheduler, WebSockets aren't supported, Functions run in US East today, and log drains aren't available yet. Vercel Postgres, KV, and Blob stay where they are; your app keeps connecting to them.

Can we keep Vercel running during the move?

Yes, and you should. Validate on Easel first, switch DNS when you're ready, and keep the Vercel project until you no longer need a way back.

How much will we save?

It depends on your traffic. Send us a recent Vercel invoice and we'll show you what the same month costs on Easel.

Send us your last Vercel invoice

We'll show you what the same month costs on Easel, with 50% off for teams moving over.
