Edge TLS, compression, and CDN cache tiers

Easel CDN terminates HTTPS with automatic certificates, compresses eligible responses with Brotli or gzip, and serves from tiered edge cache so repeat visitors hit closer to the edge.

TLS and certificates

Every generated preview.easelusercontent.com hostname and connected custom domain gets HTTPS without manual certificate uploads. Certificates issue and renew at the edge so you don’t run a separate ACME client for platform hosts.

Compression and cache tiers

Eligible responses compress with Brotli or gzip based on Accept-Encoding and content type. That shrinks HTML, CSS, JS, and other compressible payloads on the wire. Details live in CDN compression.

Each edge location keeps a memory tier and a disk tier, so popular objects stay hot and more requests skip the origin. Cache behavior and headers are covered in CDN caching and CDN headers. Start from the CDN overview for the full edge model.
