Pullify, LLC d/b/a Easel Software Solutions (“Easel”) respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content hosted on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Send notices to the Designated Agent by email (and by mail to the registered address when published). Incomplete notices may be rejected.
Infringement notice requirements
Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example the deployment URL and path).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Our process
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. In appropriate circumstances, we terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with our repeat-infringer practices.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@easel.sh including: your signature; identification of the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for any judicial district in which Pullify, LLC may be found if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Put-back
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Misrepresentation
Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Consult counsel if you are unsure of your rights.
